St Helena Hospice My Care Choices Register Flyer

St Helena Hospice are running an awareness campaign in the local area to promote the My Care Choices Register. It is a secure online register, accessible by GPs and certain other healthcare professionals, where people who are facing incurable illness, frailty, and dementia, are able to store their future care wishes should they become more unwell.

Indeed, where any overnight freezing fog lingers, this most likely Sunday, temperatures may struggle to get much above freezing. Overnight lows will dip to minus 2 to minus 6 Celsius. Winds mainly light throughout. Later Sunday and into Monday, sleet and snow showers may develop towards some coastal areas and move inland at times.
