Bradfield Parish Council has reviewed the Proposed TDC Local Plan and acknowledges the significant work undertaken to provide a comprehensive planning framework for the district’s future growth and development.

BPC Council considers that several provisions require refinement to ensure alignment with local infrastructure capacity, growth projections, and community outcomes. BPC looks forward to continued collaboration with TDC to ensure the final Local Plan delivers an integrated, financially sustainable, and community-supported planning framework.
