The Council meets at St Lawrence Church Room, The Street, Bradfield, Manningtree CO11 2US usually on the first Tuesday of every month.

Full council meetings start at 7:30pm, and occasionally are preceded by committee meetings or the annual meeting. The Finance Committee meets four times a year and the Personnel Committee meets at least once per year.
