General Power of Competence
On Tuesday 1st July 2025, Members of Bradfield Parish Council considered the eligibility requirements to enable adoption of the General Power of Competence (Localism Act 2011 – S1 (1)). The Clerk confirmed that the two criteria (a qualified clerk and 2/3 of members are elected) is met. Members considered the merits of adopting the power and thusly resolved to adopt the General Power of Competence. Minute Reference 56/25.
