PUBLIC MEETING
Members of the public are warmly welcomed to attend the meeting of Bradfield Parish Council on
Wednesday 18th February 2026, 7.30pm at St Lawrence Church.
In attendance will be Parish Council members and Gary Guiver, Planning Manager at Tendring District Council who will be presenting a brief on the Tendring District Council Local Plan.
This will be an opportunity to receive information, ask questions and understand how the Local Plan may affect Bradfield.

Tendring District Council is carrying out a review of the Tendring District Local Plan to ensure it remains up to date, effective, and capable of guiding development in the District up to 2042.
This consultation sets out the Council’s preferred policy approaches and the sites proposed for future residential, employment, and mixed-use development and runs for just over six weeks, from
Monday 9 February 2026 until 5pm on Monday 23 March 2026.

Council Meetings
The Council meets at Bradfield Village Hall, The Street, Bradfield, Manningtree CO11 2UU on the first Tuesday of every month. This location is subject to change.
Full council meetings start at 7:30pm, and occasionally are preceded by committee meetings or the annual meeting.
