Defibrillator Community Training Sessions, Bradfield

Learn how to access and use your local defibrillator! Training will be given by The Manningtree and Bradfield First Responders on the following dates and times: Session 1: Tuesday 7th February 2023, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Village Maid, Heath Road, Bradfield, CO11 2UZ and Session 2: Thursday 9th February 2023, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Church Hall, St Lawrence Church, The Street, Bradfield, CO11 2US All sessions are free. If you would like to sign up for one of these sessions please e-mail the Parish Clerk on clerk@bradfieldparishcouncil.org.uk no later than 12 p.m. on Monday 6th February 2023 to express your interest. Please note places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
St Helena Hospice My Care Choices Register Flyer

St Helena Hospice are running an awareness campaign in the local area to promote the My Care Choices Register. It is a secure online register, accessible by GPs and certain other healthcare professionals, where people who are facing incurable illness, frailty, and dementia, are able to store their future care wishes should they become more unwell.

The Finance Committee meets three times per year in April, November and January respectively. Extraordinary meetings are also arranged following Operational or Annual Playground inspections to discuss and consider any findings.

Issued by the Met Office: Today and much of the weekend be mainly fine if cold across our region. Despite any brighter skies, daytime highs will struggle to make 3 or 4 Celsius at very best. Indeed, where any overnight freezing fog lingers, this most likely Sunday, temperatures may struggle to get much above freezing. Overnight lows will dip to minus 2 to minus 6 Celsius. Winds mainly light throughout. Later Sunday and into Monday, sleet and snow showers may develop towards some coastal areas and move inland at times.
