B1352 Harwich Road, Mistley - Abandoned railway bridge investigations

Please be aware that Essex Highways will be carrying investigation works on the abandoned railway bridge along B1352 Harwich Road in Mistley starting Monday 15 September 2025.

To keep everyone safe, there will be a temporary daytime road closure between Heath Road and Brickman’s Hill during the works.

Essex Highways expect the investigations to take approximately two days, unless any unexpected issues arise.
